Project (Fine Arts): “Artifacts from Alternate Worlds”

This project is an exhibition in preparation on the idea of parallel or alternate worlds. This is a theme that has been explored in science fiction literature, and in television and film, but less so in art and design. Some pieces from this series have been displayed in galleries and private collections, but a larger-scale exhibition is planned: it will feature images of objects from alternate worlds, as carefully collected and curated works.

The concept, of course, is to explore the vagaries of history: how decisions and accidents shape human civilization, and the fate of societies and their ambitions.
